How does it work for you?
Let me introduce you to The Human Design Business, a framework that has had many names and evolutions and at it’s core, has always been potent.
What started as a tool for strategy without blueprints has now become a revolutionary model that shows you exactly where and how to create an aligned business based on your Human Design.
Start at the bottom and work up … here’s how it goes …
Alignment … This is where your “why” sits … the grounding and motivation for movement. It is also the piece most business owners miss about how many hours you desire to work, what their values are and how they desire to feel in their business. It’s where sustainability & consistency live. It’s also deeply connected with the feminine, your body, your soul … not head led goals like pay the mortgage off (your soul did not come here for that)! In Human Design, your Root centre gives clues as to whether you have access to consistent energy here or not.
Soulmate Client … WHO you are marketing to is not some ICA outside of you constructed from data points. This is a method for corporates not soul led business owners who came here with a purpose. You came here with a purpose because you experienced something you desire to change for other people … your soulmate client is a version of you at a point in time. Not only do you know exactly what she is looking for, you are instantly positioned as the expert for her because you have walked the same path. This is also correlated with your Sacral centre in your Human Design.
Connection … how do you expand your audience and create deep connection with your soulmate client? This is all found in your Human Design chart … this differs based on your HD strategy, your authority and even brings into play your mercury activation. It is also connected to your Spleen and Solar Plexus and the energy you have access to consistently (or not) in these centres.
Offer … your offer is essentially the transformation you provide for your client, not how long it is or how many calls or PDFs (there’s a place for these), but the transformation. What do they get on the other side of working with you? In your Human Design, you can find clues about your offer in your G-Centre and your Ego centre … this is where you might lack direction with your offer and maybe even undercharge and over deliver.
Conversation … this is all sales come down to, a conversation … not a script or a proven strategy or a special word! It’s as simple as having a conversation in a way that feels good for you and sharing something you genuinely know is transformational and aligned. The centre of sales, along with manifestation and expression is your throat! The more you are aligned with the centres below, the easier sales become for you … and the easier it is for your soulmate client to say yes!!! Your Throat centre in your human design holds many clues about how you are designed to sell.
Funnels … once you know how to connect with your audience and sell in an organic way, let’s build a system to automate it. Most people jump straight into funnels (how many times have you been told it’s essential and “you’re only one funnel away”?) but if you don’t know what works and what doesn’t, all you are doing is systemising a machine that requires even more testing and tweaking than is necessary. Your Ajna centre, where intuition meets intellect and certainty resides, can guide you to where you can focus to support your funnel creation and success.
Expansion… this used to be called ads because they are a great tool to expand your audience and your business. In truth, there are many ways to do this, including borrowing audiences, paid advertising and repurposing. This is where what you know is already working gets to increase your impact and income. In Human Design, your Head centre is also a powerful source of expansion and shows how you can work with your design to facilitate your expansion.
This framework works for everyone, every business and every Human Design … the more you understand it and HOW your Human Design interacts with it, the more you are able to increase your impact and income without burning out, sacrificing your soul or your sanity! Understanding this is your sequence to sustainable success.
