1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By creating an account and using The Human Design Business® OS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and The Human Design Business® (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded at the time of account creation, including a timestamp and your account details, and is stored securely.
2. THE PLATFORM
The Human Design Business® OS is an AI-powered business operating system that uses your Human Design chart as the strategic foundation for personalised marketing, content creation and business strategy outputs.

3. FREE TRIAL
3.1 New users receive a 7-day free trial upon account creation. No payment details are required to start your trial.
3.2 During your trial you have full access to the Platform features available under the Get Seen module.
3.3 Your trial begins at the moment your account is created. It expires exactly 7 days later regardless of how much you used the Platform during that period.
3.4 At the end of your trial, your access to the Platform will be restricted. Your data — including your strategy, content and chart — will be retained for 30 days to allow you to upgrade and continue where you left off.
3.5 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free trial offer at any time for new users. Trials already in progress will not be affected.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
4.1 To continue using the Platform after your trial, you must purchase a subscription or lifetime access plan.
4.2 All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.
4.3 Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4.4 Founding member lifetime access is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to the Platform features included in your tier at the time of purchase, plus any features added to that tier in future.
4.5 Payment plans (where offered) require all instalments to be completed. Access continues during the payment plan period. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, access may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.
4.6 We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers and lifetime access holders will not be affected by price changes.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Due to the digital and personalised nature of the Platform, all sales are final once you have accessed the strategy generation features (Soulmate Client, Brand Codex, Aligned Client Attraction Strategy or My Content).
5.2 If you have purchased and have not yet accessed any strategy generation features, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at me@sharithompson.co.uk.
5.3 If you experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing the Platform, please contact us and we will work to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve the fault within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
5.4 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. YOUR ACCOUNT
6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
6.2 Each account is for a single individual user only. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials.
6.3 One Human Design chart per account. Your chart is permanent once generated. If you entered incorrect birth data, contact support and we will reset your chart at our discretion.
6.4 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
6.5 You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date.
7. YOUR CONTENT AND DATA
7.1 All strategy outputs, content pieces, and data generated through the Platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
7.2 You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data for the purpose of operating the Platform and improving the service.
7.3 We will not sell your personal data to third parties. We will not use your outputs for training AI models without your explicit consent.
7.4 You are responsible for the content you generate using the Platform. You must not use the Platform to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 The Human Design Business® is a registered trademark. All frameworks, methodologies, sequences, and proprietary IP within the Platform — including The Human Design Business Sequence, The HD Business Codex, the C-Suite framework and all associated frameworks — are the exclusive intellectual property of Shari Thompson and The Human Design Business®.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform’s underlying frameworks or methodologies without our written permission.
8.3 The Platform itself — including its code, design, prompts and architecture — is proprietary. You may not copy, replicate or build competing products based on the Platform’s design or functionality.
8.4 Human Design as a system was created by Ra Uru Hu. References to Human Design within the Platform are used under the understanding that the system is in the public domain, overlaid with our proprietary business methodology.
9. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
9.1 The Platform uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate personalised content and strategy outputs. These outputs are based on the information you provide and your Human Design chart.
9.2 AI-generated outputs are provided as a starting point and creative tool. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.
9.3 You are responsible for reviewing, editing and using AI-generated content at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated output for your specific purposes.
9.4 Results vary. The Platform does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue results or client attraction results from using its outputs.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE

11. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
11.1 We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
11.2 We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
11.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Human Design Business® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO THE PLATFORM
13.1 Birth Data To generate your Human Design chart, you must provide your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. This information is sent to the Bodygraph Chart API (bodygraphchart.com) to calculate your chart. It is stored securely in your account and used solely for the purpose of generating and maintaining your Human Design chart. You cannot change this data once submitted — if you need a correction, contact us and we will reset your chart.
13.2 Business Information To build your Sovereign Strategy, you will be asked to provide information about your business including: what you do, who you help, your content focus, your business stage, your platforms and your goals. This information is processed by Claude (Anthropic’s AI) to generate personalised strategy outputs. It is stored in your account and used to power all AI-generated outputs within the Platform.
13.3 Writing Samples and Voice Data You may choose to provide writing samples, transcripts or other content to help the Platform learn your voice and communication style. This content is processed by Claude (Anthropic’s AI) and a voice profile is extracted and stored in your account. Your original writing samples may be stored temporarily during processing and then discarded, with only the extracted voice profile retained.
13.4 Content You Generate All content generated through the Platform — posts, emails, strategies, and other outputs — is stored in your account. You own this content. We do not use it for AI training without your explicit consent.
13.5 Third Party AI Processing By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to your data being processed by:

14. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
