Business >>> the marketplace is evolving faster than technology can keep up with it because of the pandemic and the evolution of home working. On top of that, more and more people decided to get online and join the entrepreneurial party as job security became wonky! As a result, there is ‘seemingly’ more competition and more people shouting in the same space with a lot of the same message. Technology races to keep up with this and some systems are crumbling under the pressure. More and more people are demanding higher levels of compliance which creates additional challenges for business owners. On top of that we are in recession. To add a final piece to the puzzle, your customers are savvy. They demand more and they know the ‘tactics’ designed to manipulate … they are insisting on more care, integrity and results.

What you need to know: this is a natural business cycle and the industry is still set to continue booming … you haven’t missed the boat and there is more opportunity than ever for the business owners who recognise and adapt around this.

What this means for you: it is essential that you understand how to stand out from others businesses with your message and how you deliver your offers. More than ever, looking at how you are able to grow your audience in ways that give you control is also important.

Energetic >>> we are currently straddling two paradigms in Human Design theory and what you are witnessing around you is related to this … the crumbling of structures, questioning the systems that we have built and more people embracing the “energetics of life”. This is showing up in the business world too as we search for more soul aligned strategy and understand a way to increase revenue through energy. The paradigm we are moving from is masculine. The paradigm we are moving into is feminine. This all makes sense. The challenge that lies in this is that we are on a giant pendulum swinging from the depth of the masculine to the depth of the feminine. Everything is energy is true … but it takes a little something to get to the place where you tune into your desires in your journal and puff there it is in front of your eyes. Some leadership around this is mis-leadership … not with intent … but it is leading to mixed messages about HOW to integrate energy into your business … and really, you do need to because this is the route to sustainable success.
