2. What we offer

We provide business strategy education, tools, and software built around Human Design, including but not limited to:

• Free resources (HD Business® Report, Birth Time Decoder, chart generator)
• Paid readings (Sovereign Code Reading, HD Business® Reading)
• Entry-point digital products (Get Seen, Get Paid)
• The HD Business® OS, an AI-powered business operating system, available via one-time payment (founding member pricing) or in instalments
• The HD Business® Certification programme
• Other products and programmes as listed on thehdbiz.com from time to time

Availability, pricing, and features of any product may change, and we'll do our best to keep the website accurate and current.

3. Not professional advice

Human Design is a self-development and business framework. It is not a scientifically validated or regulated discipline, and nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Any business, strategy, marketing, or personal decisions you make based on your Human Design chart, a reading, or content from the HD Business® OS are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend seeking independent professional advice before making significant financial, legal, or personal decisions.

4. Your purchase

When you purchase a product or service from us:

• Payment is processed securely via FastPayDirect (Stripe-backed). We do not store full card details.
• For instalment/payment plan options, you agree to pay all instalments in full as scheduled. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to the relevant product.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• Founding member pricing and any other promotional pricing is offered for a limited time or limited number of spaces, at our discretion, and is not guaranteed to be available on request.

5. Digital products, access, and cancellation

The HD Business® OS, and other digital products we sell, are supplied as digital content, delivered online, not on a physical medium.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase. However, this right is lost once you begin downloading, streaming, or accessing the digital content, provided you have given your express consent to this and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so.

By purchasing and accessing the HD Business® OS (or other digital products), you confirm that:

• You understand this is digital content delivered immediately upon access
• You expressly consent to immediate access
• You acknowledge that, in doing so, you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once access has begun

6. Your chart and account data

Your Human Design chart is calculated once from the birth data you provide and is permanently attached to your account for the lifetime of your subscription or access. If you believe your chart was calculated incorrectly (e.g. due to an error in birth data submitted), contact us and we will review and correct it.

7. Intellectual property

"The Human Design Business®" and all associated branding, the Codex language and terminology (including but not limited to proprietary type names such as Empire Builder, Expansionist, Energy Architect, Pathmaker, and Lunar Strategist), the HD Business® Sequence framework, course materials, written content, software, and the HD Business® OS itself are the intellectual property of Green Jelly Marketing Ltd and/or Shari Thompson, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from our proprietary frameworks, content, or software without our express written permission.

If you purchase the HD Business® OS or other products, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business, not a licence to resell, redistribute, or teach the underlying method to others (unless you have separately enrolled in and completed the relevant HD Certification programme, subject to its own terms).

8. Affiliate / Founding Partner programme

If you participate in our affiliate or Founding Partner programme, your participation is governed by our separate Affiliate Programme Terms, available at [insert URL], which form part of these Terms & Conditions where applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of our products, services, or website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Website use

You agree not to use thehdbiz.com in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or products for anyone who breaches these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our products or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
